JY-R1290-1 Silicone Emulsifier

JY-R1290-1 silicone emulsifier is a surfactant dually modified with alkyl and polyether groups. As a highly efficient emulsifier for water-in-oil (W/O) or water-in-silicone (W/Si) systems, it enables the preparation of stable water-in-oil (W/O) or water-in-silicone (W/Si) formulations with a high internal (aqueous) phase content without the use of viscous thickeners.

• Its polymeric structure and multifunctional groups impart excellent emulsification stability, making it particularly suitable for the production of moisturizing lotions.
• This product exhibits outstanding thermal and cold stability, and is highly compatible with high-content vegetable oils and various active ingredients used in cosmetics.
• It can emulsify formulations containing high levels of vegetable oils and active ingredients, as well as formulations with high organic contents and physical sunscreens, and both mineral oil ester-containing and mineral oil ester-free formulations.
• Varying the addition level delivers a wide range of skin feel experiences from light lotions to rich creams.
• Creams and lotions produced with JYR12901 offer a silky, non-sticky and refreshing skin feel, along with good water resistance.
• Suitable for cold-mix processes without the need for heating.
