JY-R1255 silicone emulsifier is a surfactant consisting of silicone polyether dispersed in cyclopentasiloxane. It is particularly useful for preparing volatile silicone oil -in-water formulations. The non-polar component is dissolved in the silicone oil as the external phase, while the polar component is dissolved in the water as the internal phase. This results in a stable silicone oil-in-water formulation with high formulation flexibility, allowing for the preparation of transparent water-in-oil emulsions. It provides excellent emulsification properties for emollients, moisturizers, sunscreens, antiperspirants, and colorants.
