JY-R1212 is a water-soluble polyether-modified silicone oil, soluble in water, ethanol and hydroalcoholic systems. It can be added to formulations at temperatures up to 90℃. It acts as an emulsifier and wetting agent, and can form stable foams when used as a foaming agent. It provides a light, airy skin feel in water-based hair care products. It can serve as a co-emulsifier for sensitive skin formulations, reducing the amount of emulsifier required and minimizing irritation.
