JY-307 Metalworking Fluid Defoamer

JY-307 is developed using a specialized silicone oil system combined with a specially designed emulsification system. The new silicone oil system provides excellent balance in defoaming and foam suppression performance. The unique emulsification system ensures compatibility, dilution stability, and outstanding shear stability. It is highly suitable for foam control in metal cutting fluid systems. Only a very small dosage is required to achieve ideal foam control, significantly reducing the negative impact on the final product that can result from adding large amounts of defoamers. This defoamer is suitable for various types of cutting fluids, including full-synthetic and emulsion-based cutting fluid systems.

JY-307 is widely used in semi-synthetic/full synthetic and emulsion cutting fluid systems, other cyclic shear systems, and industries requiring high dilution stability.
