JY-280J is an organosilicon defoamer, specially designed for foam control in the black liquor washing line of the pulp industry. Compared with traditional defoamers, it features excellent alkali resistance, high temperature resistance and shear resistance. It maintains good stability in black liquor system without gel formation. A very low dosage can deliver outstanding defoaming and foam inhibition performance. In addition, the defoamer significantly reduces air intake and the resulting foam, thereby improving water drainage of the pulp mat. It is widely used in pulp production to control foam during the manufacturing process. This product is a highly concentrated formulation; it is recommended to use it after dilution, or dilute it with thickener into emulsions of different concentrations prior to application.
- 1.Excellent resistance to strong alkali, high temperature and shear.
- 2.Maintain excellent continuous defoaming performance at low dosage.
- 3.Quickly and thoroughly improve filter drainage.
- 4.Good miscibility with black liquor, suitable for production conditions of pulp mills.
- 5.RLow precipitation and no gel formation.
- 6.Chemically inert, non-toxic and harmless.
