JY-230J Pulp Industry Defoamer

JY-230J is an emulsion-type silicone defoamer specially designed for controlling foam in the black liquor washing pulp production line. Compared with traditional defoamers, it has excellent resistance to strong alkali, temperature and shear, and is stable in the black liquor system without gel formation and is non-toxic and harmless. With a very small addition amount, it can achieve excellent defoaming and anti-foaming effects. In addition, this defoamer can significantly reduce the air intake and the resulting foam, thereby improving the water drainage of the pulp pad. It is widely used in pulp production to control foam during the production process.

JY-230J is widely used in the treatment of pulp black liquor and wastewater.
