JY-2133 Oil and Gas Defoamer

JY-2133 can effectively control the foam in amine and ethylene glycol dehydration units, exhibit excellent stability in saline environments, and have outstanding stability under high-temperature conditions, thus reducing deposits on the units. It is easy to dilute and use, provides rapid defoaming, and offers effective foam control even at low concentrations. It helps maintain foam control ability under harsh conditions in dehydration units.

• JY-2133 has a long-lasting foam control effect. After a period of operation, the salt concentration in the amine or ethylene glycol dehydration unit will be very high. JY-2133 defoamer maintains excellent stability in this environment. Furthermore, this product has good compatibility with water and ethylene glycol, preventing ethylene glycol from easily releasing from the water in their emulsions. This makes the defoaming effect last longer.
• JY-2133 has stable performance in high-temperature environments because of its excellent dispersibility. Unlike other defoamers, it does not easily precipitate in heat exchangers. Instead, it is completely dispersed in amine or ethylene glycol desolvation solutions and finally filtered out.
• When using, simply dilute it with water, shake or stir slightly. Because of the low viscosity of this product, it can be directly pumped out.
• It can significantly reduce sediment and blockages in the heat exchanger, potentially reducing the cost of later maintenance.
• Even at a low concentration, it can achieve an excellent defoaming effect. When JY-2133 defoamer is used in gas treatment, the amount required to achieve the same defoaming effect is much less than other defoamers.

Widely used in oil and gas recovery plants and liquefied natural gas (LNG) plants.
