JY-2120 Silicone Defoamer for Pesticides

JY-2120 is a new type and high efficient modified silicone antifoam. Designed to control bubble in water based pesticide. The product has excellent acid and alkali resistance, chemical stability and shear resistance, faster defoaming speed and longer bubble control effection than the average ones. The defoamer can be easily scattered in water system, especially suitable to the bubble defoaming requirements in water based system pesticide.

The product should be stirred evenly before use. To achieve an optimal defoaming effect, the agent must be completely dispersed in the foam medium. Therefore, the required amount of antifoaming agent can be diluted with 1~5 times cold water in advance.When dilution, the antifoaming agent should be added in the state of slowly stirring water, and mixed well. The diluted defoaming agents should be used immediately.

If the system using defoaming agent has the conditions of sufficient stirring or turning (ensuring that the added defoaming agent is dispersed evenly in the foaming medium), the defoaming agent can also be directly added to the foaming medium without pre-dilution.

Because the anti-foaming effect is affected by the foaming medium, foaming temperature, chemical characteristics, foaming amount, stirring and other factors, the best addition amount and usage of this product are determined by the customer's test before use.
