- It can be used in personal care products, including makeup, skincare, sun care, hair care, antiperspirants and deodorants.

- In skincare products: skin creams and lotions, which impart excellent skin feel to the skin.
Usage Guidance
- JY-R1230 silicone emulsifier features low viscosity and excellent compatibility with silicone oils and organic esters. It can be easily dispersed in the oil phase prior to the addition of the aqueous phase.
- Slowly add the aqueous phase into the oil phase containing JY-R1230 for emulsification using a conventional stirrer. High-shear stirring after emulsification helps reduce particle size.
- The recommended dosage of JY-R1230 is 2% for emulsions with a high aqueous phase ratio. Properly increase the dosage of JY-R1230 when reducing the aqueous phase ratio.

Packaging / Storage
- Product packaging is divided into: 25L plastic barrel/net weight 20kg; 210L steel drum/net weight 180kg.
- The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place, away from direct sunlight, contact with acids and alkalis, as well as fire sources. When stored at around 25°C in its unopened original package, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
- When stored below 10°C, the product may appear slightly turbid or even slightly separated. It will recover to a clear appearance when stored above 25°C.
- The product is stored and transported as non-dangerous goods.
