JY-2160 Silicone defoamer

Product Description

• JY-2160 is an emulsion-type modified silicone defoamer. Compared with traditional defoamers, it can maintain good stability in the system and has excellent high-temperature performance. It is suitable for internal addition applications in refining agents, alkali oil and other additives. It is used for foam control in both oil-based and water-based systems.

• Additives for refining agents and potash oil
• Printing sizing, bleaching and dyeing
• Various oiling agents for fibers
• Water-based cutting oil and water-based lubricating oil
• Surfactants produced in polymer manufacturing
• Treatment with bioactive agents

Usage Guidance

• It can be directly added to the system that needs defoaming. This product has excellent high-temperature performance and can be used in an environment above 60°C.
• The general addition range is 0.2% to 1%, which is sufficient. For different defoaming systems, due to different usage environments, it is recommended to conduct experiments in advance to achieve the best defoaming effect and control the appropriate dosage.

Packaging / Storage

• Product packaging is divided into: 200kg plastic barrel / net weight 200kg ; IBC ton barrel packaging.
• The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry placet. When stored at room temperature (5°C-40°C) and unopened, the product warranty period is 6 months from the date of production.
• The product is stored and transported as non-dangerous goods.
